Emerald Honor - Homare

Emerald Honor - Homare is brushed on a finely decorated Japanese paper with black sumi (Japanese ink).

The style I used is sousho . Sousho (essentially cursive writing) is not often used and is considered quite complex, although it used to be the standard centuries ago.
Nowadays sousho is confined to history and art.

The paper I used is particularly fine and shows stylish floral decorations with white and green shadings, which match the frame as well.

Reaching a satisfying result for Emerald Honor - Homare took a long time, but I am very happy with it.
